The 500 Club is our community lottery, designed to be a fun way for you to support the work of the Roe Green & Beesley Green Community Association while getting a chance to win cash prizes every month!
It’s a voluntary membership scheme where all funds received go directly towards supporting our fundraising goals and contributing towards the cost of the draw prizes. As a non-profit organisation, we are committed to using all proceeds to further our mission and activities.
We hold 12 monthly draws, taking place on the last Friday of each month.
Initial Prizes: £50, £25, and £10.
Prizes with 200+ members: Increasing to £100, £50, and £25!
First Draw: Friday 29th August 2025 at the Community Cafe in Roe Green Cricket Club!
Membership is just £24 per household for the year.
Click the button below to register your interest and we’ll be in touch with payment details.
On registration and payment of your £24 annual membership, you will be allocated a number. This number will be entered into a random number generator for each of the 12 monthly prize draws.
Winners will be emailed to request bank details to accept their prize. For your security, bank details will not be stored. Winners’ names will also be published on our social media and this website. Of course, if you’d rather keep your win private, just let us know when we get in touch!
Please Note: The Roe Green and Beesley Green Community Association is fully inclusive, and you do not need a 500 Club membership to take part in or benefit from our activities.
If you wish to donate but do not want to take part in the monthly draw, please tick the opt out when you register your interest.
To join or donate, please fill out the form below. We will then email you with payment details to complete your registration.
